For your convenience, KeyBank Center's Box Office has twelve ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion located to the left of the Account Services Office. to 2:00p.m On Arena event days, business hours are 10:00a.m. to 4:00p.m. Business hours for Saturday are 10:00a.m. Box Officeīusiness hours are Monday through Friday from 10:00a.m. Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items and diaper bags after they go through a thorough security screening. Clutches no larger than 4 x 6 x 1.5” are permitted and will be subject to visual inspection. Any bag entering the venue will be visually inspected.Īll bags, backpacks and purses are prohibited.
